Features
Small in volume, light in weight ,reasonable design and strong in output,laborsaving and portable.
The device are equipped with limit screws which can be adjusted within ±5°at position in open and close.
The worm/gear is designed with self locking function and easy to operate.
Indicator board of open degree is directly installed on output worm gear ,so indication is accurate and audio-visual.
There are two keyways apart with 90°degree set on the inner hole of worm gear for need.
The dedicated grease has been loaded before leaving f actory ,the shell is sealed up for waterproof.
Notes to users
All series of gear operator have round hole,squarehole and other special shaped hole for use rs'selectionand can be machined as customers'special requirements.
When choose this series of product,please pay attention to keep coupling dimension in According with the corresponding dimension of valve. If any special requirement ,point out in the order please.
When installation ,please turn the indicator board of this device and the valve to be the CLOSE position in order to keep them harmonized.
Valve CLOSE when turn hand wheel clockwise and OPEN when turn hand wheel counter clockwise as usually custom.
Installing procedure
First check whether the inner hole of worm gear,the keyway and the flange of the housing in according with the stem ,key and the mounting flange plate of the valve body.
Install the device on the valve after check correctly.
The needle of the indicator can point the position of the operator in the CLOSE and OPEN by rotating the hand wheel and adjust the limit stop screw.
Maintenance
Do not operate the device at the exceed rating condition.
A periodic check,every year should be made to determine condition of the lubricant.

LC series co-axial gear reducer (gearbox, gear case)
LC series are two-stage co-axial hard surface cylindrical gear reducer. It is suitable for various industries and has the features of smooth transmission, low noise, high efficiency, heavy loading, etc.
The structure of reducer has three types: direct connection, non direct connection and dual-shaft type.The structure of axle head has two types: I is clamp type and is general cylindrical axle head. The mounting type of motor is B5 or V1. Dual-shaft type reducer has no motor, and how to specify its input power depends on the allowable torque of output shaft.
Type LC(A) is an upgrade of type LC. The main improvement is an additional lubricating oil pump which increases transmission efficiency by cycling oil injection lu brication and an additional seal which improves performance and avoids leakage. Height, installation dimensions and other parameters are the same as type LC.
LCW series horizontal reducer come from LC and has the same applications, performance and characteristics as type LC. has two types: direct connection and dual-shaft type.
